The new ePrint viewer has resolved this issue. If you are seeing blank measures or pages, please make sure your sheet music is completely visible in the preview box and check your margins before printing.
Adjusting headers and footers:
Chrome
Option 1: Change Margins to Minimum and remove Headers and Footers.
Option 2: Scale the page to 95% or whichever zoom percentage allows the music to fit.
Firefox
Option 1: Change Margins to Default and remove Headers and Footers.
Option 2: Scale the page to 95% or whichever zoom percentage allows the music to fit.
Edge
Option 1: Change Margins to Minimum and remove Headers and Footers. Check the print preview. If it is still incorrect, change the margins back to the default.
Option 2: Scale the page to 95% or whichever zoom percentage allows the music to fit.
Safari
Option: Remove Headers and Footers. Click SHOW DETAILS if you don't see this option.
