Many issues can be resolved by upgrading to the latest version of ePrintGo:
- Determine whether you have the latest version of the app by referring to the main menu in the lower left corner.
- Check which version is available in the App Store or Google Play. If your app is not up to date, please log off, uninstall, and then reinstall the app.
ePrintGo relies on connecting to the J.W. Pepper website to download ePrint items you've purchased, so check your internet connectivity. You should use the same email address and password on the ePrintGo app and jwpepper.com to download your content to the app.
