You need an internet connection to download your ePrint music to the ePrintGo app. Please confirm that you are connected to a cellular or WiFi network. You can do this by attempting to visit another website on your device. If you're having trouble, we suggest putting your device in Airplane Mode for 30 seconds and then reconnecting to WiFi.
