To turn off the automatic renewal of your ePrint Folders subscription, go to the “Manage Subscription” link on the ePrint Folders page in My Library and click "turn off automatic renewal." 


If you ordered with a credit card and have not turned off automatic renewal, we will bill your credit card on the first day your new subscription starts. 


If you purchased an ePrint Folders subscription on a billing account, we would invoice your account on the first day your new subscription starts. 


In some cases, we will need to contact subscribers should there not be a valid credit card or purchase order number for the subscription. Reminders will be sent via email to all subscribers before the renewal date.
