Once you are logged into the app and have connected to the event, you can download the music to your app by following these instructions:
- From the home screen, tap the pencil icon in the upper right corner to access the Tools menu.
- Tap Settings at the bottom of the Tools menu.
- Tap Download Songs, then select Download All. Please allow up to 15 minutes to download the music. You will only need to download once unless new music is added to an event. New music can be downloaded from the same menu.
iOS or Android app
After you download the music to your app, you will not need an internet connection.
