1. Click My Account in the upper-right corner.
2. Select My Account from the drop-down menu.
3. If prompted, Log In with your account number and password. 
4. Select Update Profile under My Profile in the menu on the left. 
   
5. Update your information and click Change Name, Update Email Address, or Send Changes as appropriate.

To Update your Profile using a mobile device

1. Select the account icon  (upper right).
2. If prompted, Log In with your account number and password. 
3. Select My Account in the menu.
4. Select the My Account Menu bar. 
   
5. Select Update Profile under My Account Menu.
   
6. Update your information and click Change Name, Update Email Address, or Send Changes as appropriate.
