You can view the status of your order from your J.W. Pepper profile.

1. Select "My Orders and Tracking" from the "My Account" menu.

2. View the status of orders placed on your account from the list displayed.

The order has been entered
Awaiting FulfillmentPartially filled order - still waiting on some items
Awaiting Shipping
Items are reserved and in line to be packed and shipped
BookedThe order will be drop-shipped directly to the customer
CanceledThe order will not be fulfilled
ClosedThe order has been shipped and invoiced
FulfilledFor digital items - not yet invoiced
BackorderItems are not available in stock for shipment
Invoice HoldThe order is held for various reasons, will not be completed until the hold is resolved
ShippedThe order has been shipped, but not invoiced yet
