Order updates with tracking information are emailed to the email address used when placing the order. You may also check the status of your order under My Account


To check the status online, log in to your account by clicking the Person Icon on the upper right of the screen. If you have multiple accounts, you will be prompted to select your organization with a Select Account message. (Note you can also move between accounts using the Change Organization button at the top of the screen.) 


Once logged in, click the Person Icon,  My Account, then click on Orders. You will see indicators like:

Fulfilled for orders that have been shipped and invoiced

In Progress for orders in motion

Open for orders where some or all of the items are in progress being fulfilled
Cancelled for orders that cannot be completed for some reason


To track your package(s) or see details on each product, select the order and click the View Order Details button.
