You may receive credit or a refund for most items shipped to you by returning them to one of our distribution centers. The items returned must be in good physical condition with no markings, hole punches, stamps, etc. 

If items were sent directly to you from the supplier, please contact us, as there may be restocking and shipping fees associated with larger items such as furniture and equipment.
