Purchased Merchandise

You may receive credit or a refund for most items shipped to you by returning them to one of our distribution centers. The items returned must be in good physical condition – no markings, hole punches, stamps, etc. Please contact us for the return of items sent directly from the supplier and note there may be restocking and shipping fees associated with large, bulky items such as furniture and equipment. Including a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your return is best so we can promptly apply credit to your account.
