You can track all gift card orders shipped via UPS or FedEx. Shipments are not trackable if the gift card was sent to a US Post Office Box via USPS Mail.


  1. Click on the My Orders and Tracking link under 'My Account.' 
  2. If prompted, Log In with your account number and password. 
  3. Click on the Order Tracking | Detail link for your order number.
