Desktop and mobile platforms vary in their native support for downloadable products such as MP3s. Some customers find it easier to use a desktop computer (recommended) to download and use these products. There are third-party apps to facilitate using these products on the vast majority of devices; however, our technical support team does not support these apps.
To download an MP3 to your Apple mobile device, we recommend adding it to your iTunes library via the iTunes desktop application. You can then sync or move it onto your mobile device.
