In order to access a digital download product on an Apple mobile device, first add it to your iTunes library via the iTunes desktop application, you can then sync or move it onto your device.
Note: If you don't have iTunes, save it to your downloads or another folder on your computer. Then move it to your mobile device (iPhone or Android).
