To change your password using a computer:


  1. Click My Account in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select My Account from the drop-down menu.
  3. If prompted, Log In with your account number and password. 
  4. Select Change Password under My Profile in the menu on the left. 
  5. When prompted, enter your Email Address, check I’m not a robot and click Reset Password
  6. You will receive an email with a link to create your new password.


To change your password using a mobile device:

  1. Select the account icon  (upper right).
  2. If prompted, Log In with your account number and password. 
  3. Select My Account in the menu.
  4. Select the My Account Menu bar. 
  5. Click on the Change Password link in the My Account Menu.
  6. Enter your Email Address, check I’m not a robot and select Reset Password.
  7. You will receive an email with a link to create your new password.
