Note: You will need to be logged in to your account- Select My Account from the My Account menu.
- Under My Profile, select Update Profile.
- Scroll down to Change your email address.
- Enter your new email address in both email fields and click Update E-Mail Address.
You may also email satisfaction@jwpepper.com with the current email address you use to log in and the new email address you would like it changed to, and one of our Contact Center Associates will be happy to make the change for you.
