1. Click My Account in the upper-right corner.
2. Select My Account from the drop-down menu.
3. If prompted, Log In with your account number and password. 
4. Select Update Profile.
   
5. You will now be on the My Profile page.  Here you can update your Name, Email Address or shipping address.
6. Update your information and click Change Name, Update Email Address, or Send Changes as appropriate.
   1. Shipping address changes may take one business day to reflect on your online account.

To Update your Profile using a mobile device

1. Select the account icon  (upper right).
2. If prompted, Log In with your account number and password. 
3. Select My Account in the menu.
4. Select the My Account Menu bar. 
   
5. Select Update Profile under My Account Menu.
   
6. Update your information and click Change Name, Update Email Address, or Send Changes as appropriate.
