Why wasn't my bookkeeper registration accepted?

If your registration for Bookkeeper Services has not been accepted, it may be:  

  • You entered an invalid account number when registering.
  • You were not verified as an authorized bookkeeper for the account.
  • You may not have responded to our inquiry for more information to verify your registration.
