Most packages sent by J.W. Pepper can be tracked. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email message saying, "Your items are on their way!" We provide a Track Shipment link in that email.
You will also find tracking links for your orders online. Log into My Account and click the Orders link. Locate the order you wish to track and click View Order Details. Use the Track Shipment link to get the most current tracking information.
