You are not charged shipping for ePrint or Download items. We do not include any digital products in our shipping fee calculation, only the physically shipped products.
Shipping charges are always shown on the first invoice of the order. If you see a shipping fee on your digital items invoice, it is for shipping the hard goods included on the same order. Digital items are available immediately, so the billing often occurs takes place before the hard goods are shipped and billed.
