Pepper does not charge a restocking fee for items shipped from and returned to our warehouses. However, returns for items that ship directly from the manufacturer are likely to incur fees unless the manufacturer made an error. Unwanted oversized items such as classroom furniture, stage equipment, and carts will likely require a Returned Material Authorization, with the buyer responsible for paying both the return shipping fee and a restocking fee of 20-35%, depending on the manufacturer.
