Checking Order Status

1. Select 'My Orders and Tracking' from the 'My Account' menu.
Note: To see additional details and track your order while in transit, click Order Tracking | Details
If you would like to check on the status of your order but do not have an online account, you may contact us via email at email@example.com or by phone at 1-800-345-6296. A Contact Center Associate will be happy to assist you.
