You can view the status of your order from your J.W. Pepper profile.
1. Select "My Orders and Tracking" from the "My Account" menu.
2. View the status of orders placed on your account from the list displayed.
Statuses
Open | The order has been entered |
Awaiting Fulfillment | Partially filled order - still waiting on some items |
Awaiting Shipping | Items are reserved and in line to be packed and shipped |
Booked | The order will be drop-shipped directly to the customer |
Canceled | The order will not be fulfilled |
Closed | The order has been shipped and invoiced |
Fulfilled | For digital items - not yet invoiced |
Backorder | Items are not available in stock for shipment |
Invoice Hold | The order is held for various reasons, will not be completed until the hold is resolved |
Shipped | The order has been shipped, but not invoiced yet |
