After you purchase a downloadable product, you will find your product in My Account under the Downloads link. Log in to your account and select the Downloads option. Note it may take a couple of minutes for the digital product to be available on your menu as your order processes. Once visible, click the down-arrow icon for the product you wish to download. This will immediately download the product to your browser, where you may save and rename it as you wish. Please note that ePrint purchases are found under the ePrint option, not Downloads.
